Practical Information

Most participants have rooms booked at the Aparthotel Adagio Access Lille Vauban. If you are not staying there, some logistics info here might still be useful.

The area around the hotel is called Vauban. A picturesque garden, as well as Lille’s large park la Citadelle are close by. Lille’s Catholic University is also situated very close.

The old city centre is at 10 minutes walking distance. The closest metro station of the yellow line (Line 1), which takes you to the campus, is called République Beaux-Arts and is within 10 minutes walking distance. Lille’s museum of Fine Arts: Palais des Beaux Arts de Lille is on the same square as the metro station.

Buffet lunches will be provided for you every day on the site of the Forum (free of charge); there will be a small reception with some snacks on the evening of the first day (Monday, 15/07); social event on Tuesday, 16/07 = dinner at a restaurant; it will be offered to all Forum the participants.
